We have twenty-five years’ experience of providing consultancy services, encompassing operational reviews, financial performance, quality monitoring, food safety, option appraisals, business strategy, competitive tendering, marketing, training and design & planning.
The consultancy is committed to providing high quality and cost effective solutions that are tailored to each client’s specific needs, in a professional, timely and ethical manner. We are independent of any supplier, contractor or other body that might cause any potential conflict of interest.
In addition to catering, we offer advice on other soft FM services including cleaning, reception, portering, car parking, security, waste management, linen and laundry.
Our consultants are members of both the Foodservice Consultants Society International and the Institute of Hospitality. The consultancy is on the ESPO Consultancy Services Framework (664) for the provision of advice on food and catering, and is a member of the Association of Scottish Visitor Attractions.
